FIELD OPERATIONS
Surveyor planning
Build a verified roster, open real visit dates, and let the system assign the nearest available surveyor when a heat-loss visit is paid.
01 / SURVEYORS
Know who can attend
Keep the team’s work contact, travel base and survey qualification together. New or edited profiles stay off the booking calendar until you verify them.
Add a surveyor
Use the person’s work details. Their base postcode is used for straight-line matching within the travel radius.
MANY SURVEYORS?
Import a roster
Use one CSV with up to 25 people. We check every row and postcode before adding anyone. Imported profiles stay inactive for review.

No surveyors yet. Add one above or import a roster, then verify the work details.
02 / AVAILABILITY
Make real days bookable
Add a date range and the weekdays a surveyor has confirmed. Each date is reserved for one household. Choose the four-hour windows they can start.

Upcoming dates
No dates offered yet. Customers can ask the team about possible visits while the roster is prepared.
03 / ASSIGNMENTS
Catch the exceptions
Paid heat-loss visits are assigned to the closest verified surveyor who covers the property and has a free date in the chosen window. If an assignment cannot be completed, it waits here for review.
New paid visits will be assigned automatically when suitable availability is in the roster.
Distance uses postcode coordinates, so it is a straight-line estimate, not a driving time. Surveyors outside their chosen radius or with expired qualifications are excluded. A booking is confirmed only after verified payment and a free date; exceptions stay with the team.
